Delivery
All orders are sent by Evri or DPD next day delivery. Orders are generally sent within 2 working days of being placed, however, during busier times this may be longer.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds. We take the utmost care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and are packaged and shipped in accordance with industry standards. However, once the perishable goods have been shipped, we cannot control the conditions under which they are stored or transported, which can affect their freshness and safety. We advise customers to carefully review their orders before placing them and to contact us immediately if there are any issues with the products they receive. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Bulk Orders
We offer bulk discounts for orders of 10 or more items. Please contact us for more information about bulk discounts and to place a bulk order.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, we offer local pickup for orders placed online or by phone. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time and location. We are located near Buckingham MK18.
Christmas Opening
We are closed from 24th December to 1st January. Any orders placed between these times will not be sent until at least the 3rd January 2025.
